Terms of Service

By accessing or using axendance.com (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Submit false or misleading information through any form
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site

The ROI Calculator on this Site generates estimates based on inputs you provide and general industry benchmarks. These estimates are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of results. Actual outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. AxEndance makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of calculator outputs.

The Strategy Assessment is a fixed-scope paid service. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at checkout.

The Strategy Assessment fee is fully refundable if you request a cancellation before we begin work on your assessment. Work is considered to have begun once we issue your assessment intake link or otherwise start the analysis. Once work has begun, the fee is non-refundable, as the deliverable reflects time and analysis already invested. To request a cancellation, email hello@axendance.com.

Engagements beyond the Strategy Assessment (such as ongoing strategy or implementation work) are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which sets out its own scope, fees, and payment terms. These Terms govern your use of the Site only.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, brand assets, and software — is the property of AxEndance and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AxEndance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any content or estimates provided herein. Our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Site shall not exceed CAD $100.

The Site integrates with third-party services including Calendly (for booking), Stripe (for payment processing), Supabase (for data storage), Vercel (for hosting), and Resend (for email delivery). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. AxEndance is not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

We may update these terms at any time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
