AxEndance (“we”, “us”) is an AI strategy consultancy based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We operate the website axendance.com. You can reach us at hello@axendance.com.

When you use the ROI Calculator on this site, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your business revenue range and primary bottleneck (selected from a list)
• Optional: phone number, website URL, company name
• The ROI estimates generated from your inputs

We collect this information to send you your personalized AI opportunity estimate and, if you consent, a follow-up email sequence with relevant strategy insights. We do not sell your data to third parties.

We comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We only send commercial electronic messages when you have given express or implied consent. You can unsubscribe from any email we send by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email footer. Unsubscribe requests are processed immediately.

Your data is stored in Supabase (a cloud database hosted on AWS). We use Resend to deliver email. Both services are bound by their respective data processing agreements. Data may be stored on servers in the United States.

Under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. We may store anonymous session data (such as a session ID) in your browser’s localStorage to improve your experience on the report page. No personally identifiable information is stored in cookies.

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
