AxEndance (“we”, “us”) is a strategy and AI consultancy based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, operated by AxEndance Corp. We operate the website axendance.com. You can reach us at hello@axendance.com.

When you use the ROI Calculator on this site, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your business revenue range and primary constraint (selected from a list)
• Optional: phone number, website URL, company name
• The ROI estimates generated from your inputs

When you book a Discovery Call, we collect the name, email, and any scheduling details you provide through our booking tool.

When you purchase and complete a Strategy Assessment, we collect the business and operational information you and any colleagues you invite submit through the assessment, along with the results we generate from it. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we receive a confirmation of payment and your billing contact details, but we never see or store your full card number.

We collect this information to deliver the service or estimate you requested and, if you consent, to send a follow-up email sequence with relevant strategy insights. We do not sell your data to third parties.

We comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We only send commercial electronic messages when you have given express or implied consent. You can unsubscribe from any email we send by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email footer. Unsubscribe requests are processed immediately.

Your data is stored in Supabase (a cloud database hosted on AWS), and our site is hosted on Vercel. We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to operate:

• Supabase and Vercel — data storage and hosting
• Resend — email delivery
• Calendly — Discovery Call scheduling
• Stripe — payment processing

Each provider is bound by its own data processing agreement and processes your data only to provide its service to us. Some of these providers store data on servers in the United States.

We keep marketing and lead information until you withdraw consent or after 24 months of inactivity, whichever comes first. Information tied to a paid engagement is kept for the duration of the engagement and for as long as required to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see your rights below).

Under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. We may store anonymous session data (such as a session ID) in your browser’s localStorage to improve your experience on the report page. No personally identifiable information is stored in cookies.

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
